    Praise be to Allah who guided us to this, and without Allah's guidance, we would have been misguided. Peace and blessings be upon Muhammad ibn Abdullah. The decision of the Grand Imam to establish an education development education center for envoys and foreign students complements the blessed efforts of Al-Azhar in offering education to those students.

    • Vision

     

    The Center's vision is to create a leading model in developing pre-university education for international students, founded on knowledge, scholarly research, Islamic mission and human values, in a way that crystalizes the concepts of peace and moderation, as sought by the contemporary world.

    • Mission

     

    The mission of the Center is to train international students, in terms of (Arabic) language, Shari'a and culture in order to qualify them to pursue their university education and enrich their culture in various fields. It also aims at developing their abilities, including creative thinking, problem solving, life-long learning and skills that will help them play an active role in a constantly changing global society.

    • Objectives

     

    The Center seeks to achieve the following objectives:

    • Developing a strategic plan that sustains the future vision of pre-university education for international students at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif 2018-2030, enhancing their Arabic language skills, and promoting Islamic faith among them. This would help in producing Azharite Muslim students who serve as ambassadors to Islam in various Muslim countries.
    • Establishing an integrated and effective quality control system for the educational process.
    • Increasing and diversifying the scholarships for students from all over the world.
    • Keeping pace with latest educational developments.
    • Providing excellent services to international students.
    • Securing high satisfaction about the services offered in a way that befits that status of Al-Azhar.
