Faculty
Supervision and teaching at the school are conducted by a group of distinguished Al-Azhar University faculty and members of the Muṣḥaf Revision Committee, and graduates of the Glorious Qur’an College and the Institutes of Qira’at (Recitations) at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif. The staff skilled licensed reciters whose chain of mentors is linked up to the Prophet (peace be upon him). 
 
Teaching and assessment methodology and effective communication
Assessment and performance measurement methods:
Assessment of school students’ performance
1.    A pre-admission placement test is conducted.
2.    A periodic test is conducted by the class teacher every month to assess the student's acquisition level.
3.    A test (oral and written) is conducted at the end of each semester to assess the student's acquisition level and under the supervision of the school scientific committee.
Assessment of teaching staff performance
1.    The teaching staff are selected through tests conducted according to specific and precise criteria.
2.    Teaching staff performance and compliance with work regulations are assessed periodically every three months.
Recommended textbooks
A specialized technical committee selects the textbooks and syllabi appropriate to students’ levels in terms of memorization and recitation of the Noble Qur’an, mastery of Qur’anic recitation rules, familiarity with primary textbooks and their annotations, and communication skills and self-management.
Incentives
1-    Following periodic tests and final exams, students are offered proper incentives upon their completion of each academic level (material incentives appropriate to the level of memorization and recitation).
2-    Students who excel in their studies are granted in-kind awards that encourage them to keep up their excellent acquisition levels.
3-    A certificate of appreciation is given upon completion of each academic level.
4-    Interactive virtual classes are conducted online
5-    An international competition will be held for the school students in particular.
6-    Licenses and Certificates of chains of transmission are granted verifying that the grantees have been taught through a chain of narrations linked up to the Prophet (peace be upon him).
Teaching Mechanisms
First: The academic year is divided into two semesters, each spanning a period of six months.
Second: Three study days are allotted for male students and the other three for female students.
Third: The number of admitted students in each semester does not exceed fifteen, and the number decreases to around six students as the memorization levels increase, only when they have fully memorized the Glorious Qur’an.
Fourth: Real and virtual classes are conducted according to suitable timetables for each academic level in a way that corresponds to the student’s capacities and skills in memorization and comprehension.

Study Hours
•    9 study hours are prescribed weekly and distributed over three days a week, three hours a day.
•    During the academic year, classes will be held in the evening, while morning and evening classes will be held during summer vacation.
