"Fraternal Relationship and Human Tie," is a program launched by Al-Azhar, after the formation of a committee headed by Sheikh Saleh Abbas, Al-Azhar deputy, Dr. Nahla As-Saidi, Head of the Center of Education Development for Envoys and Foreign Students (CEDEFS) as the technical supervisor, and Dr. Ismail Al-Haddad, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Al-Azhar as the administrative supervisor. This program aims to enhance the awareness of Al-Azhar students with the values and principles of the Human Fraternity Document (HFD), by incorporating the matrix of values contained in it in Al-Azhar institutes’ educational system at all educational stages, after studying and analyzing its educational significance.
