Throughout 2025, Al-Azhar Observatory for Combating Extremism (AOCE) remained committed to its mission: monitoring, analyzing, and documenting the most pressing global issues, with a particular focus on the Palestinian cause and Muslim affairs worldwide.
At the AOCE, we believe that "a word is a bond". That is why we did not confine ourselves to online activity. Instead, we launched outreach campaigns and interactive initiatives to build bridges with university youth and school students in order to promote their awareness of combating extremist ideologies.
Further, AOCE was pleased to welcome dozens of international delegations who came to explore our unique counter-extremism model. These visits strengthen our role as "Al-Azhar’s Eye on the World," carrying a sincere message of peace, moderate thought, and global understanding to every corner of the globe.
